Sample project — swap in your real case studyWasatch Peak Plumbing
A DIY site that loaded in 4 seconds and ranked for nothing, rebuilt into a fast lead machine with city-level landing pages and a tested quote form.
The problem
The owner had built his own site on a drag-and-drop platform years ago. It took over four seconds to load on a phone, didn't appear on the first three pages for any service-plus-city search, and — as we discovered during the audit — the quote form had been silently failing on iOS Safari for months.
What we did
Rebuilt the site on Next.js with a hard performance budget: every page under one second to largest paint on a mid-range phone over 4G.
Created dedicated, genuinely useful landing pages for each service area (Sandy, Draper, South Jordan) instead of one thin page stuffed with city names.
Wrote an automated Playwright suite covering the quote form on Chrome, Safari, and mobile viewports. It runs on every deploy — the iOS bug that was eating leads can never come back unnoticed.
Rebuilt the Google Business Profile with correct categories, service listings, and a review-request routine the office staff actually follows.
